INTERVIEW

What to Expect at GSX 2019 for Trackforce

The biggest security tradeshow of the year has Trackforce in attendance once again. With over 500+ exhibitors, highly-noted security industry speakers, and over 22,000+ attendees, GSX 2019 promises to be a memorable event. Read the latest interview with the company’s Director of Corporate Marketing, Matthias Ankli, about Trackforce at GSX and what to expect for this year.

GSX is one of the largest security events of the year. A few speakers are expected to present at GSX this year, notably Paul Caruso, VP at Allied Universal Security Services, and William Hapner, Director of Healthcare Technology at G4S – to name a few. Why do you think visitors should attend GSX this year?

Followers of top security industry news know that if G4S and Allied Universal are at attendance for an event, the event must be worth going to. The best reason I can say is that the security industry is evolving. And leaders that provide security are adapting to the changes the industry is currently facing. Technology is playing a bigger part than ever. And at GSX, security professionals will get to experience the hottest developments going around. It’s the biggest security event for a reason – to be at the top of your security game, you need to keep up-to-date with the most recent developments. At GSX, hundreds of companies launch products, preview innovations, and deliver solutions that can help your company. It’s essential that security professionals attend.

Last year, GSX was held at the Las Vegas Convention Center and had over 22,000 attendees with 500+ exhibitors. This year’s event promises to be just as memorable. What can we expect from Trackforce this year?

This is a BIG year for Trackforce. We’re excited to be part of GSX again and to show the security world what new things we have in store. Our team has been working hard on many ground-breaking new features that will make security company owners extremely happy. The platform has been enhanced to make the jobs of security guards and officers even more efficient and productive. The latest Command Center update, for example, removes the need for security companies to have onsite supervisors at each customer site but still ensures the highest standards of service are provided.

News has spread about Trackforce’s new acquisition and how that’ll drastically shift the security industry. What can you tell visitors at GSX about the new front-line and back-office solutions for the security industry?

Trackforce is known, globally, as the leading provider for security workforce management solutions. Most recently, we acquired Valiant Solutions Inc., a leader in their right for of Human Capital Management (HCM) – for the payroll and scheduling side of the security industry, to be specific. Together, Trackforce and Valiant (now known as Trakcforce Valiant) are able to offer our customers a true all-in-one solution for security guard management that connects our proven front-line capabilities with Valiant’s back-office solution. There’s more in store at GSX – stop by our booth #1160 and see a demo on how our solutions work together.

What do you hope GSX attendees take away after visiting the Trackforce Valiant booth?

We want visitors to know that Trackforce Valiant is here to help you succeed with your security business. Trackforce Valiant will continue to work hard to offer our customers with top-notch value for their money. Remember, we’re in the security business too. If you succeed, we succeed.

Trackforce Valiant will be attending the Global Security Exchange (GSX) this September 10th to 12th at the McCormick Place in Chicago, IL. Visitors can learn more about how Trackforce Valiant has created the most comprehensive and powerful solution for security workforce management in booth #1160 at the show.
