INTERVIEW

CEO George Wright on ASIS TV With Host Rachel Kopczyk

ASIS TV host Rachel Kopczyk interviews CEO George Wright about Trackforce Valiant’s role in the security workforce management industry.

RACHEL KOPCZYK
Trackforce Valiant – secure productivity solutions for the trusted worker. That’s what is what they do, and here to talk more about it with us is George Wright. George, what is Trackforce Valiant?

GEORGE WRIGHT
We’re so excited to be able to announce this for GSX, that Trackforce and Valiant have come together; and it’s like one of those things where one plus one makes three. So, 25 years in business, we’ve got over 1800 customers together, we support over 30,000 sites, 300,000 users, and we process over eight billion in payroll annually for our customers. That’s the combined entity called Trackforce Valiant.

RACHEL KOPCZYK
Those are some pretty impressive numbers that you guys have and some very solid history in the market. What else separates you and makes you unique?

GEORGE WRIGHT
I think what really makes us unique, is now, the combined entity, we are the largest supplier of security workforce management solutions for the industry. So, we’re really focused in ensuring that our customers – greater security management organizations – can be productive everyday, keep their guards safe, productive, and also make sure that on the backend, productivity for the business workers is happening for those things like billing, payroll, right, important parts of the business.

RACHEL KOPCZYK
Now, tell us a little bit more about the system – how it works.

GEORGE WRIGHT
Yeah, great. So, basically we’re combining front-line productivity with back-end intelligence. So, we allow the security guard to be incredibly productive with the use of the Trackforce application for things like posting orders or seeing their schedules, right, doing their job on a daily basis. But the other thing we do is we keep that guard safe. With push-to-talk, lone worker technology, that allows you to be able to track the guard if you’re not hearing from them and say “hey, there’s an alert. We need to make sure that our guard’s okay.” So, we’re really excited about that, keeping the guard safe and productive; and then, connecting that to the back-end. Things like onboarding new clients, onboarding new employees, ensuring that compliance is taken care of, in terms of training, and you have the right guard, at the right place, at the right time. And then being able to ensure that the schedule provisions are accurate. And then you can collect the bills, the billing, and then generate a payroll on a weekly or monthly basis – whatever is necessary for your particular client.

RACHEL KOPCZYK
And, in the future forward, how is this going to impact the security professionals in this industry here?

GEORGE WRIGHT
Well, again, purpose-built, mico-vertical, right? We are very focused on the security space. Security workforce management is what we do. So, it’s about taking costs out of the business, allowing organizations to do more with less, be more productive. We know disruption is coming, so we’re looking at what might disrupt our industry and how we can look at incorporating that disruption into the Trackforce Valiant suite in the future. So, that’s what we’re going to be focused on.

RACHEL KOOPCZYK
