How Much Does Trackforce Cost?

How Do Licenses Work?

Our licenses are granted per device, not user. That means that multiple users are allowed to simultaneously log into one device/license and track tours, report incidents, etc. To learn more about how our licenses work, contact us for a demo.

Do You Offer Training & On-Boarding?

Yes, Trackforce takes great pride in making sure that new clients are appropriately trained to be able to take full advantage of our powerful platform from day one. Our Customer Success Team will also guide you step-by-step through the implementation to meet your system requirements.

How Long Does Implementation Take?

It depends. We can get you up and running in a couple of days to a couple of weeks depending on the size of the project. Our Customer Success Team will work with you on a timeline.

What Hardware is Required to Run the Software?

A desktop/laptop computer or mobile device are required to run Trackforce software. Proprietary devices are not required–You can either choose to purchase the mobile devices from us or use your own.

How Many Languages Does Your Platform Currently Support?

Our software platform currently supports over 20 languages, including Chinese, Danish, Dutch, English, Fijian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Indonesian, Italian, Malaysian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Spanish, Swedish, and Turkish.

Can You Support Multiple Sites Located in Multiple Countries & Regions?

Yes, we can support multiple national or international sites. Many of our large customers have locations spanning various countries and our system can be customized for different site requirements too.

Do You Integrate With 3rd Party Software?

Do You Have a Channel Partner Program?

Data Privacy and GDPR

The European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) went into effect May 25, 2018. It replaces the 1995 EU Data Protection Directive (European Directive 95/46/EC), strengthening the rights that EU individuals have over their data, and creating a uniform data protection law across Europe.
