As the Sales Operations Manager, you will report to the CEO/CRO, you will define and document and manage sales process procedures, CRM functionality, workflow requirements, analysis of and the ability to create reports. Ability to work independently with strong time management by leveraging efficiency tools. You will be working in a team environment with business and technical resources. You will possess strong business relationship skills and a broad experience across a complex matrix organization. You will be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication across all of levels of the organization.

Role Duties:

  • Understand Trackforce Valiant sales go-to-market strategy and identify resourcing initiatives
  • Support top-line forecast process including attending sales leadership forecast meetings, performing pipeline analytics, and driving adoption of forecasting tools and dashboards
  • Support and participate in the annual planning, territory and quota setting process
  • Provide input to senior leadership in the development and management of sales incentive compensation programs, and partner with finance on administration to ensure accurate and timely payments to program participants
  • Assist in deal structuring of customer contracts for new business, upsell/cross-sell, and renewal transactions, deal desk management
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and KPI’s in support of meeting key sales initiatives and targets
  • Work cross-functionally to on-boarding and training programs, and processes that accelerate the sales cycle and arm the sales force to win in the market

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • 5+ Years proven experience of Sales Operations in a software sales organization
  • Proficient in the use of sales methodologies and sales force automation tools
  • Provided direct sales rep support on deal structuring and understanding of customer contracts guiding upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Worked with sales management on territory planning and the development of quotas and commission rates
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited higher learning institution preferred
  • Basic project management skills and understanding of project management lifecycle
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of subject matter experts, managers, and executives
  • Experience with white space analysis and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Experience in any of the following systems SalesForce.Com, SAP, Oracle Cloud CPQ
