We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable International Search Engine Marketing Strategist to join our Marketing team! You will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing our SEO and SEM strategy both in the US and other countries. Your ultimate goal is to generate revenue through enhanced search visibility. As our online presence is extremely important for the success of our business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business’ growth and success.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and implement our national and international SEO strategy.
  • Leverage internal and external resources to ensure optimization in all languages supported by our website.
  • Create campaigns and optimize Paid Search (PPC) and display channels: AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter Ads.
  • Create campaigns and optimize remarketing ads.
  • Implement A/B testing best practices for landing pages and website pages.
  • Apply best practices in order to improve our website conversion rate.
  • Regularly perform thorough keywords research.
  • Identify key SEO KPIs.
  • Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs.
  • Monitor results on Google Analytics, create Events and Goals.
  • Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization.
  • Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO, PPC, and digital marketing latest trends and best practices.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience with planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy.
  • 3 years of experience conceptualizing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Proven success in both SEO and PPC.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and WordPress.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Fluent is Spanish
  • Strong Interest in working in a global environment.
