We are growing, looking for a self-motivated Customer Success Implementation specialist to work in our London office. If you like enjoy technology, and are totally customer focused, we would like to talk to you.

What you will contribute:

  • Own the implementation and product adoption plan for the first 3 months of engagement with Trackforce
  • Define, run and potentially deliver training necessary for the customer’s successful launch of Trackforce platform
  • Complete assigned tasks for each account to ensure project deadlines (large implementation)
  • Proactively communicate with customers via phone and email to gather necessary information as well as to ensure they are on track to derive maximum value from their new account/reach their operational goal
  • Recommend or build solutions required to get the company up and running quickly

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a related field preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and a commitment to world class customer service.
  • Growth mindset with the desire to work in a collaborative environment to promote and drive superior team performance
  • Experience leading group training classes and/or public speaking
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt Emphasis on attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of basic computer functions and the ability to teach and train others.
  • Strong verbal and written English communications skills – French or 2nd language in a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, online as a presenter and in writing.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and communications skills
  • Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities.
  • One or more years of experience in a customer service or security industry
  • Driving License
  • Willing to travel periodically based on customer and business needs
