The Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for the company’s global event and tradeshow program and will enable the organization, communication, implementation, and completion of various projects across the globe. As part of Trackforce’s corporate marketing team, the Associate Marketing Manager will be required to contribute to a variety of marketing disciplines and will report to the Director of Corporate Marketing.



  • Manage and coordinate company’s tradeshow & conference attendance on a global basis, including booth design/building and logistics
  • Brief & supervise marketing contractors and consultants such as booth builders, designers, web developers and translators
  • Coordinating travel
  • Work with marketing team to create and execute event marketing collateral and campaigns
  • Assist in forecasting and managing corporate marketing budget
  • Analyze potential partner relationships for company marketing
  • Support internal corporate communications projects including, repository of internal employee documents, swag requests
  • Coordinate and manage the company’s localization/translation efforts (e.g. website, collateral, emails and other marketing content)
  • Assist in day-to-day operations for the marketing team, as needed

  • A willingness to learn, grow, and take assignments; in-depth understanding of the company’s current products and
  • 3-4 years of marketing experience, including experience in managing tradeshow and events; marketing agency background welcomed
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, communications, business, related field, or equivalent experience may be considered
  • Proficiency in French language preferred but not required
