Trackforce Welcomes Patrick Mulvehill as Chief Customer Officer

With over two decades of leadership across operations, technology, and customer success, Patrick is set to lead the company’s customer-focused initiatives

With more than 20 years of extensive leadership experience, Patrick is poised to spearhead professional services, customer success, and support teams at Trackforce. 

His appointment underscores Trackforce’s commitment to fostering strong, successful relationships with its clients and enhancing the value delivered through its innovative products and services. 

Prior to joining Trackforce, Patrick served as the Chief Operating Officer at Calero, where he was instrumental in managing the entire customer journey and optimizing business functions to boost customer satisfaction and maintain revenue retention. Before that, he held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, overseeing the company’s technology strategies and investments. 

Patrick’s career also includes significant roles leading digital transformation initiatives at ITT Goulds Pumps and holding leadership positions at Lenel Systems International and Eastman Kodak Company. His background in transforming customer operations and technology strategy will play a crucial role in reinforcing Trackforce’s position in the market.
